You sprint through the forest, trying to find where it started or where it ends. Unlike your excitement when you first arrived, you are now scared. This bustle of trees seems to have grown larger overnight, sprouting new roots and concealing your exit. While you had rested close to the edges of the forest, you are now very far from it.
It is still night, although you cannot see the moon through the leaves above you. The forest is asleep, all the day animals sleep peacefully. You are the only one moving. You ignore the prey you see and hear, easy catches as they are in their sleepy state. Instead you run faster. There has to be an end. There must be an end.
