You sleep long into the night. The sun had still been up when you’d found an old rabbit burrow to rest in. After covering the hole with leaves, you crawled in and curled up. Crickets start to sing and you curl your tail tightly around you. It’s unlikely to get so cold that you’d need the extra warmth of your tail, but it’s a good position to sleep in. You fall asleep, feeling warm and comfortable and, for the most part, safe.
